6s here. When I get a notification, and view it by swiping down the Notification Center, tapping the notification does nothing - does not take me to the app or to the action. What am I doing wrong here?

It works, but I don't want to 3D touch for EACH notification. I just want it to work the way iOS 9 did.
I have the same problem on my 7. Half of the time tapping on a notification in the notification center doesn't work. Half the time it does. Very confusing.
