Got a question on a pre-order...

I pre-ordered an ipad for the 12th of april... is it suppose to ship on the 12th or we receive it on the 12th?

I'm pretty sure it said "ships BY April 12th"

Didn't it say it ships by April 12th? You can check your order status at Apple.com whether your email works or not. It will tell you if it has shipped.

You mentioned that you've placed the order. Did you received shipping confirmation (tracking info etc.)? Once a package ships, you'd typically receive notification. Hope this helps.
