Got my hands on a 1D MkIII

I was at the Southwestern Photojournalism Conference in Fort Worth over the weekend.

The Canon reps had a 1D MKIII on hand. I don't have much to say (as I didn't spend much time with the camera).

The camera feels just as robust as a MkII, but the "set" button in the middle of the scroll wheel just seems out of place. I'm sure it'll feel more natural once I start using it a bit more.

The shutter sounds pretty similar. Maybe just a hair quieter (I didn't pay much attention though).

The shutter movement? Fast, of course.

Anybody else gotten a hand on it?

I'm still waiting to see a 1Ds MKIII. Canon UK said that there would be no new updates before or during PMA. Hmm....more time to save up!
