It took just over 2 weeks but took delivery of my new Imac 20 yesterday. I am a newbie who is very very impressed. If one justs sits back a second and imagines how things should be instead of how (and where) they were in the WinWorld then life is really good. Will count on this community for navigating around any speedbumps. This is great stuff folks.

You gotta get ByteController! it allows you to controll songs playing in iTunes from the top of your menu bar without actually going into iTunes its self. Its such a small app but its going to save you time. Oh, and its Free

Got my new Mac
Have 2 gig ram 256 video 250 hd. Only change I've made was replacing the mouse with a Logitech. Use for work stuff at home (MSOffice), will have to try the access to a citrix environment through a Gateway, digital photography, general screwing around and keeping track of my NFL fantasy teams.
