I have 6.8gb worth of whatsapp backup that i am unable to restore on my new iPhone XS Max 256gb. Please help!
My network is fine, iCloud settings are all fine, I reinstalled the app, force restarted the phone, tried everything I found online. I had ios 12 on my previous iphone 8 plus.
When i resintall the app it first tries to downlod all my messages (without videos and pictures which it says it would download later) and then when it’s done downloading messages, it gives me a messge ‘couldn’t restore chat history’. And then I get this message every single time.
