got the iphone from my sister because she dont know whats wrong with it so i mind as well try to fix it but that didnt work out lol, so i want to know your guy's opinion on what you think is wrong with it.

story is she dropped it at a gas station went inside to pay came back outside and seen a car run it over lol but it doesnt have scratch's anywhere screens perfect etc, except a couple scratches on the back and one little dent and i mean little dent barley noticeable right over the mother board when i took the back off but nothing seems to be messed up at all when i took it apart wont turn on even hooked it up to itunes wont do anything what do you think is wrong?

If it had no noticeable damage, you may have been able to get it replaced at an Apple store ... if you hadn't opened it.

What do I think is wrong? Well, it got run over -- maybe that has something to do with it?

The increasing amount of near-unreadable posts on this board is worrisome.

Agreed on both counts. The phone is destroyed and your little pitiful attempt at self repair destroyed any chance at getting it replaced, you voided all warranties by taking the back off. She is going to need a brand new phone, perhaps something more durable, or at least cheaper since she seems to be an oblivious clutz. Dropping the phone, I can understand, barely, but leaving it there and letting it get run over? That's just sad.

Second, if people want help, they should use proper English. can't we get some rules about at least using punctuation much less proper grammar and capitialization

Glass houses? Stones? If you're going to make a grammar and spelling snark you should at least proofread your own post before making it.

Sorry, new keyboard makes me miss one keystroke, and I am accused of hypocrisy? I am not talking about Harvard quality perfection, just basic English grammar. And I think most people would agree with me on that.

I think I actually counted 3 missed keystrokes in your previous statement!

Missed a couple commas, oopsies. That's what I get for using a keyboard taken from an old computer, probably has a bad key sometimes.
