Well, I just had a lot of troubles with my iPhone that I purchased in August. Everything worked perfect except for the phone itself. I read online that this has been a problem for others as well and tried a few troubleshooting tips that were recommended (resetting the phone, etc.) but nothing worked. I tookit to AT&T and they replaced the sim card, tried resetting it, etc....still nothing. They suggested I take it to the Apple store. Fine.

Took it to apple and they saw nothing wrong with anything and assumed it was the phone. They replaced it with a brand new one and said that as long as I had recently synced my iPhone to iTunes there would be a backup file there with all my info that would be uploaded onto my phone. Perfect. Sounds easy! Well, I see that file stored in iTunes but I can't get this phone to sync to iTunes for the life of me.

I'm running on a PC and it recognized the iPhone as a camera....but I can't get anything else to work. I've done searches and tried troubleshooting but still nothing. Can anyone PLEEEEASE help me? I just want my phone back to the way it was.

Thanks in advance!!

Is there ANYONE that has any clues on what is wrong? It recognizes the iPhone as a camera but that's it. I've tried downloading iPhone browser, winsc or whatever it was, disabling the image device driver for the iPhone, downloading iTunes again, restarting the computer, restarting the iPhone....pretty much any suggestion I've read online...Help please?

iTunes simply isn't seeing it.

Have you tried re-setting the iPhone?

I got my iPhone replacement today aswell but, no such trouble
