Just got my Mac Mini i7 Server up and running. Everything is great. However, I don't want to run the "server" part of it. Just a normal desktop mac. So what do I need to turn off and/or uninstall?

Also, after this is done, I will always use Lion Server updates, and not the "normal" Lion updates, correct? Thanks!

The server mode cannot be uninstalled. However, it's off by default. To make sure locate the App "Server" and verify everything is switched off. If they are, you are essentially in "client mode."

If you want to do a clean install of Lion (not Server) you will need a 2011 Mac Mini (non Server) or 2011 MBA to download Lion with and make a bootable disk of the InstallESD.dmg from that.
