On my 2nd 2.4 SR macbook pro as the 1st one (glossy) was horribly yellow and the bottom 1/3 was VERY discolored. Also had a couple other issues. I got a 2nd one in matte as they were out of glossy and it was also a bit yellow all over and a little more at the bottom. Both of my displays have been samsung.

I calibrated it and the new profile looks great after a minute or so of getting used to it. It eliminated my yellow 100%!

If you want to try it, just save the file and rename it by taking out the .txt extension

I find that one to be a little bit too red for my taste. Hope some other people like it though :)

Here is mine (for now anyway, still gotta work on it a bit more, colours still aren't right) if anyone wants to try it.

The problem is that while you may be able to elminate the yellow, it doesn't mean that other colors are accurate. I found that when I eliminated yellow, everything else was off.

It's only a problem if you need color accuracy - if not, then you're all set!
