GPS feature not working with new3gs 16gb iPhone

Hi tried to use the Gps trip planner for the bus schedule
on the new 3gs 16gb , it work on my other 3g. Is there something I am missing

Hi my use to work then all of the sudden it stopped I called the bus co
pan, its not there sever and I. Called apple the say to restore to a new phone to see if that workS. I'm going to apple to see of the models on the floor are still working
