Hi guys! I'm new here and I don't know if this is the right place to post this, if not, could the mods please help me move my thread? ;)

Anyway, I followed some guy's video on youtube and transferred my save file from an emulator (no$gba) on my computer into my phone. But the problem is, gpsphone can't seem to detect the .sav file! However, if I use the iFile app, I can see the .sav in my phone..

If you guys know anything, please help! But if you guys don't know a solution for this its ok too~ I made an agreement with myself that if within 24hrs I don't get the save file running, I'll just restore my phone and concentrate on my exams~ lolol~

P.S. If it helps, this is the video I followed: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=URpLCvZi0AE

hard to see where it went wrong, did you put it in the right folder, did you change the permissions, did you reboot the phone, etc..

Hello! Thanks for responding! I don't know if this helps but I blindly followed the video, so here's what I did:

I changed the configuration settings of no$gba from "SAV/SNA File Format == Compressed" to "SAV/SNA File Format == Raw" then I re-saved on no$gba.

Then I dragged the new save file into winscp, changed the octal value in the save file properties to 0777. (I just realised that I didn't drag it into the ROMS/GBA folder, but the directory in iFile tells me that it's already there..)

Then in the command line of Winscp, I typed "chmod 777 Pokemon - Fire Red.sav". A window popped out and I clicked execute. That's all I did..
