Gpu or screen? What's the issue?

Hi, I know many many of imac 5k have this issue.
The shadow ans pinkish effect all around the screen.
But I wonder.
Is the issue linked to the gpu? Or the screen itself?
Meaning. If I change the motherboard, wouks it solve the issue?

The pink hue around edges of the green is a defect on the screen, definitely not a gpu issue

If you change the LCD Panel, it will solve the issue.
