Hi,

My MacBook Pro 2019 keeps on randomly shutting down and have no clue why. I ran the Apple diagnostics that said a third party software install was preventing it from booting but the machine just randomly shuts down. I ran a diagnostic test that someone told me to run and was wondering if anyone had any ideas?

Many thanks in advance for any help or tips with this problem.

Has there been any permanent fix provided by Apple?

I had this issue occur to me before Thanksgiving, had the laptop serviced by Apple with the logic board & Touch Bar replaced and now less than a month later from getting the laptop back having the same issue again. Very frustrating.
