Hi there!

Been on this forum for a while but it wasn't till I got a new Retina MBP (13"/128GB SSD/8GB RAM) that I've been using this place often. At any rate, I've been using Yosemite Beta 2 since the day it came out (which, coincidentally, was the day I got my MBP 2 weeks ago) and I've noticed this weird issue when playing World of Warcraft (don't judge).

I play at 1920 x 1080 at "Good" settings and the game runs at 30-40 fps, but every now and then when I "command-shift-tab" out and back in, there's a ton of weird lines on the screen like it's glitched. Either restarting the game or tabbing in and out sometimes fixes it. Oddly enough, I can still hover over where my abilities are in the game and it'll still work even though the screen is frozen. (Note: I have it plugged into a 27" Acer monitor if it helps any, but it glitches even without the monitor).

Also, browsing in various folders when I'm uploading something (in other words, when I'm browsing to upload an image to an email, for instance) makes that window flicker. It doesn't happen any other time.

Any ideas? As I'll hit the 2-week mark tomorrow (Wednesday), should I return it for a replacement or is this simply a Yosemite bug? Thanks!

That could be a bug. Even after you pass the return point for your machine, you have at least one year of warranty left to go on it.

I have a first gen retina MBP, and I've had occasional graphics card tearing and other video card related freezes.

I had my motherboard replaced a while back, and I don't have the issues that often, but they still pop up occasionally.
