Graphic Card and Processor option help needed choosing new iMac

If I just use iPhoto and watch movies and use an external 38 inch 5K monitor would the Radeon 5500 XT be amble as graphics card or better to up to 5700 or 5700 XT

Also would the 3.8 I& be enough or better to move up to the 3.6 i9.

2TB SSD is a must for me.
 
5500xt and 3.8 will be good enough,
‘but if you want upgrade graphics to 5700xt before thinking about cpu upgrade.

i am going with i7/1tb/5700xt
