Graphic problems with COD: Modern Warfare 3 on 15-inch MacBook Pro 2012

I have a 15-inch MacBook Pro 2012 with

2.6 GHz Quad-core Intel Core i7
8 GB 1600 MHz DDR3 RAM
Intel HD Graphics 4000 512MB and NVIDIA GeForce GT 650M
and OSX lion.

Yesterday, I installed COD : MW3 on my Mac.

At the first time, it runs so terrible.
So, I changed my graphic card option as 'integrated only' using gfxCardStatus
for using Intel HD Graphics 4000 only.
Then, it runs fine,

But there are still some problems on graphic like breaking display.
I thought my GPU was break,
but when I pushed 'esc' when game graphic breaking,
game menu shows normally (with some problems with mouse movement).
So, I changed game display option like "Image quality" or "Anti-aliasing".
Then, sometimes the problem is solved.

But!! in the mission of "Iron Lady"...
My Mac works terrible again.
And any changing of game graphic options are hopeless.
I can't advance any more.

Do you have any idea?

try get it for windows instead of mac. This might have used a wrapper which makes it run uselessly and unpredictably.
