Hi there :)

I have a client who wants to send out around 1k emails a month that are just a graphical email when opened. They use Windoze so probably Outlook will be the email app. I was going to perhaps create a jpg and get them to insert into a blank email.

Any ideas of the best way to do this, and potential problems? Should it be added as a signature rather than attachment? Think it won't open unless clicked if they add as attachment. What is the ideal size to make the image? Is there any way to make it have a link to their website? And how would they send it to hundreds of potential clients without the email showing all the cc addresses?

Cheers!

If they want it graphical, and want fairly good control over how it looks. I'd tell them to use outlook, switch their editor to be MS Word, and have the format set to HTML.

That way, they can have it look like pretty much whatever they want.

Sorry forgot to mention I will be creating the design on a Mac so will save as jpg or whatever. Would like not to have to use Word ;)

I can also create in html if that is best?

Yeah, I probably should have been more specific. HTML format would be the most universal, regardless if it was on a Mac or Windows. Plus, it should scale better than a JPG.
