Graphical glitch while booting since ML?

Anyone else having a lot of graphical glitches since installing ML? I attached a photo of what happens every time I boot.

I seem to be having a lot more problems since upgrading, should I consider clean installing? I have a late 2011 15 inch MacBook Pro about 7 months old.

I have the same problem when booting sometimes, but it only happens on my secondary display. It goes away if i turn power cycle it (the monitor).

I've noticed lag, but nothing like that. It's likely a hardware issue if it is that consistent.

Sadly it's my built in display so it's not quite the same issue. Wonder if I should make a stop at an apple store soon.
