I need to run 10.6.8 and would also like to be able to boot 10.14 when it comes out. Is there a graphics card that will work on both? I don’t play game if that helps. Can’t seem to find anything online

If you only want something can display, Yes.
But if you want a graphic card that can actually work properly, No.
Some folks have hacked the 10.7 driver . But my results were mixed, especially with mDP 1.2 on a wide screen.
VMware is the way to go.
