Graphics card help?

I have a mac pro with a graphics card in the back, i'd like to add another monitor, and i noticed this little port next to the monitor thats plugged in, anyone know what port it is and can i use it to add another monitor?

looks like a little usb port or something

It's a miniDisplay port connection. You can buy cables or adapters to connect your monitor to that port.
