I don't think so.

Apple provides new APIs for hardware developers, like NVIDIA and AMD/ATI, but i do not think, that these devs have developed drivers for their hardware, which use the new APIs of Lion.

I'm sure NVIDIA and AMD/ATI will use the developer preview and Xcode 4.1 to develop new drivers which can use the new APIs/features in Lion. Apple integrates then these final drivers in Mac OS X Lion GM.
