Hi

We have the family subscription, which makes it MUCH easier to manage a household with multiple Apple ID’s.

I needed to contact support and the experience was great. During the process of sorting through my issue—lthe Web application kept asking for my secret code— they discovered that I never received a $30 credit when I converted from stand alone Licenses to a family subscription. I never knew I was due a credit either.

They issued a credit to my account, which I can use towards my next renewal.

They also addressed my initial problem in a timely manner. I was, overall, quite impressed.

Every time I had to deal with them it was great. 1Password is a great password manager. I have tried others like LastPass and Dashlane just to compare. Frankly, 1Password seemed to work the best. Honestly, it is worth the subscription cost. I have no need for a password manager that tries to bundle a VPN and other ancillary stuff that has nothing to do with password management.
