They never going to help.

hello, buy a illuger case and had trouble with ILUGGER, I was sent an invoice including transportation and price of he case, when I reach my destination I had to pay the full amount + shipping product, the solution was to send a new invoice , ilugger have to send a invoice with only the price of the case to the post office, for paying only the amount of the product.

They never send a new invoice.

When I recive i sold case and buy another brand.

Ilugger not recommend if you have any problem they never going to help.


I have read in these forums that there are more people who have problems with them.
