Not really. If you're too incompetent to actually read the description of what you're buying, you deserve whatever you get.

The problem is: you can read 99% of the description and still not see the one line that creates the scam.

Just because there is one line that says "it is a domain" doesn't mean it is legal to do this: the poster made a long article about something that he is NOT selling for the reason of covering up the one line about what he IS selling... this is a fraud, and can be fought in court (for the unfortunate person who didn't read the one line).
