hi...i found a really cool computer that my friend is selling!
imac 700mhz 128mb ram 15" g4
I know it's an old computer but the price is 200 PLUS microsoft office (NEW COMPLETE VERSION!),all original software, panther, original keyboard and mouse (cool white version) also original harmon kardon speakerS! it seems like a good deal w/ the office software!

it's $200 is that to much to pay for this computer...is it even really runable? do you think it can do some tasks...maybe if i upgrade the ram?

(ps. i use a 500mhz dual powermac w/ 512mb. ram for daily tasks....so i'm not sure if i'll see a big change for speed...this will be a "kitchen computer"?)

WWYD?

Sound pretty good to me considering the price. More RAM seems like a necessity. If all you will use it for is the daily stuff then it should be ok.

I agree with polevault. This is a pretty good price for an iMac G4. Plus, you gotta love the iLamp design. Though more RAM is definitely necessary.
