Yea there is a small trackpad and a left/right click button. You can disable them in the software if you want.

You would think it would be obtrusive but it really isn't and a nice feature for HTPC setups -
 
How would you compare this to the dinovo mini besides one not being officially Mac supported?

I think it just depends on the size of the keyboard you want. I decided for the full keyboard due to the fact that if I decide to remove my mini from my HTPC setup I already have a full keyboard.

They are exactly the same as far as the trackpad goes, but you get the native support with the big one.
