I found this YouTube video of a guy doing magic tricks with his iPhone. It's pretty amusing - I want to get the "applications" he is using so I can use this trick on my friends.

I don't see why any of that stuff isn't possible with future updates. I agree it is probably a video playing on the iPhone.
