Hey guys so every week or so I see woes about ZAGG and putting them on there new ipods and messing up and just getting frustrated, and yes I have been there too! But wouldn't it be a good idea if you could send in your ipod ( kinda like apple care ) and have them put it on professionally so it's perfect and they can go through however many Invisible Shields they need too? Of course your ipod would be insured by the company incase something happens but they have lost my business awhile ago. If they had a service like this I would gladly pay $24.50 again for the sheild:D

I actually work for Zagg and want to tell you that we DO offer a service for you to send the device to us for us to professionally install it! also, we guarantee the safety of your device and if you still don't feel comfortable sending it to us, we will find you a retail location near you to have them professionally install it. if you are interested in this Andrew, i would be more than happy to help you do it. and since you have had an account before, you would be eligible for a free replacement. just let me know what i can do for you :)

aside from shipping costs is there an extra charge for this? Also, how would I find a local location to install. I did see that bestbuy sells the iphone sheidls, but I never see any touch ones. Zip: 13209

well for your replacement, that is free, we would charge you ten dollars for the full body install and five dollars for a front/screen install. i will check retail locations for you if you like, whats your city?

syracuse NY.

ok so i checked our website and it does not look like there are any retail locations in syracuse :( we would gladly help you get it installed if you want to send it to us. i can give you all of the information if you like. BestBuy is a great option too but they may not carry the invisibleSHIELD you need. I would suggest calling them again before you make a total decision on sending it to us just to see if they have one yet or if they know when they will get one. sound good?

Thanks for checking, it's something I'll I'm going to think about, as this would be my first shield, I'd be paying the $24 for the shield and $10 for install.

is it really that hard to install? I just bought a set for me and my wife (after I already ordered and received the wrong one :( ) and they don't seem that difficult to install. I guess I will find out!
