Green diagonal blocks on Shared Album Photos

So I have these green boxes on Shared Album Photos on my 2012 iMac Running macOS Catalina 10.15.4

This only happens in shared photos and does not happen on all photos, its random.

The colors are also off. The iPhone pictured is yellow in reality.

This does not happen on my 2018 MacBook Pro with the same OS version installed.

I tried turning off shred albums and turning them back on but I still get the green block but on different photos.

This is driving me crazy, anyone else have this issue and/or com up with a solution?

This happens to me to, even if my Macbook Pro 2012 15" uses Catalina 10.15.6.
Any updates on how to fix this?

I have no idea what fixed it but they green is all gone. I think it was turning off shared photos on all devices for a few days then turning it back on, but I can't be positive.
