Green Screen iPhone

I was using my phone and I suddenly couldn't scroll and then the screen started flickering and now I'm just getting a flickering green screen every time I try to use my phone. Any way to fix this?

Try restoring the phone... If that doesn't work, sounds like the display took a dump

Restoring won’t help. Take this to Apple. This is a hardware issue.
