I just got a :apple:TV for Christmas, an issue i'm running into is that if I put the unit to sleep over night, the next day when I go to turn it on all I have is a green screen. Once I pull the power out and let the unit reset the box works without any issues.

If I put the box to sleep it will turn right back on, but if I leave it off for a few hours and go to wake it up, it goes back to the green screen (Reminds me of 8 bit Nintendo except I can't blow in the :apple:TV to fix it)

Any suggestions or do I have a bad box?

Some times this happens to me once in a while ,but im using an hdmi switch & im jailbroken

I just do a restart low tide i think is called

This is a straight connection from the :apple:TV to the actual TV and it is not jailbroke.

Apple TV - Green screen of death

I've had my apple tv for almost a year now and it has been working great....until today. I just turned it on and I'm left with the same bright green screen with the apple logo in the middle of it. Any ideas on how to fix? Reset didn't work.
