lately i have been getting a few lockups at the grey screen during bootup. i verified disk using disk utility and this is what i got -

i also ran tech tool deluxe and it says that the volume structure has failed its test. should i start panicking?
i am running leopard (fully updated) on a 20" imac with a 2.4 GHz processor and 2 Gig of RAM.
