I've gotten a grey screen that freezes my mbp 4x in a row now. Everytime i start to use Photoshop, or have a lot of Safari tabs open, The grey screen takes over my computer and prompts me to shutdown and restart. This is obviously really annoying, and I lose all my work. Is this a hardware issue, or an easy fix. Help please. Thanks

ps. I just bought the notebook a week ago, and all updates are in order.

It's called a kernel panic, and there are many reasons why it could be happening. You can start by unplugging any peripherals you are using, and see if it stops happening. Otherwise, try running the Apple Hardware Test CD that came with your computer.
