Grey screen on 3/4 of my screen M1 MBP at startup

I'm gettin grey screen at startup on 3/4 of my screen now at startup. Never did this before, anyone seen this problem and know how to fix this?

That is odd? I have never seen it on my MBP M1 Pro 16"

I would format the drive and re-install Mac OS. If you are still having the issue then I would suggest Apple support. Most likely it is just a glitch or software that is acting up at start up?

I have seen irregular display pattern before even on Intel Mac under macOS Big Sur. Doubt it's hardware related.

called Apple support. Changing the desktop picture solved the issue. Not sure how this even creeped up...
