Greyed out number on home screen 3G

I have a jailbroken and unlocked 3G iphone running 3.0. Earlier today I downloaded a couple of apps and at the same time updated Cydia. Now I have a Las Vegas telephone number which appears greyed out on the home screen behind the time. How do I get rid of it? It looks like an unanswered call, you can see the red "decline" and green "answer" buttons at the bottom of the screen??
