Grid lines in Notes.app

Hi,

Has anyone found a way to disable the grid "notebook" lines on the notes app? I find them distracting and would prefer just a plain yellow background.

I've searched through the app's resources directory but have been unable to find the offending item.

If you don't like the grid view you can just use stickies.

Stickies aren't really organized though, plus as far as I know, they are not synched with iCloud.

it's sorta like notes and stickies had a baby, and has iCloud support.

@whoever is down voting my comments, why be so picky about a simple notes app, (the lines look sexy in my opinion) there are so many options out there like evernote, stickies, "memo - sticky notes" and many others. That's like taking first world problems to a whole new level.

Looks like a nice app, but I really like Notes. It's just this one little grip

Yes, Stickies is only useful for temporary notes.
