iPad mini Grove Wood Smart Case for rMini?

Has anyone ordered the Grove Wood Smart Case for either the Air or rMini? I'm really interested in it, but can't find any info other than what's on their site. I don't want to drop $79 and wait 4-6 weeks without first hearing from someone who has one. But it just looks so nice.

I ordered one for the Ipad Air on 11/29 with an expected ship date of 1/10, but I got an email a couple days ago saying "

The finishing touches on your new Wood Smart Case for iPad Air and/or iPad Mini are taking a bit longer than we anticipated. We're expecting your ship time to be delayed by about two weeks from your original target ship date.

The cases are looking great and we think they're well worth the wait, however, if you'd prefer to cancel your order we totally understand.

Thanks for the reply. That's disappointing news though. I'll look for something else until there's some real-world reviews.

Just got an email saying they are starting to ship the cases so hopefully it wont be much longer to get my case

Thanks for the update. I'm still really interested, but want to see how it functions in the real world. The brief video on their website doesn't provide much.
