GTA IV Sound Playing but No Video

I've recently downloaded GTA IV and installed it. Firstly when I open it shows 3 icons in the dock.

The icon in the center is the one that plays sound. But when I click on it nothing happens. If I see all windows I see 3 transparent windows.

My system specs are:
