OS X GTA: Vice City Not Running

Hi Guys, just redownloaded GTA: Vice City to 10.9 Mavericks, used to play it on 10.8 Mountain Lion. However, when I open the game, nothing happens. No sign of it even attempting to run within Activity Monitor, do any of you guys use GTA: Vice City on 10.9?
 
Just launched this the other day on 10.9.2 after getting a higher resolution display and it did work OK so not sure what is different on your setup.
 
In case anybody else gets this issue, the reason why Vice City would not run was because I had my system partitioned as FAT32.

The app does not run properly when the users account is in a FAT32 partition. Probably a read/write error when trying to save the app settings.
