Hi,
I',m running cMP 3,1 with 2x 2.8 Quad core Xeon, 40 GB of Ram and GTX 650 TI BOOST OC 2GB by MSI on Catalina 10.15.5 using DosDude1's patcher.
During higher demand for graphics power - like running simple games, or Xcode 11.5, there are artifacts appearing on the screen. Usually limited to one part of the window- screenshots attached.

The GPU runs completely fine in PC, so I assume it is not hardware issue, but rather driver related. Do you have any ideas on fixing it?

@EDIT

An interesting thing is that after lowering the resolution to 1920x1080, there are no artifacts. I'm running through HDMI, due to not working DisplayPort under macOS.

Seems like I've got it solved. MacOS driver does not limit refresh rate as the Windows driver does. Because of that, I was running at 3480x1440 x 60 Hz instead of 50Hz (which was max value at Windows). HDMI was not capable to push through so much data. Lowering to 3480x1440 @ 50Hz solved issues with artifacts both in game and desktop.

To overpass this limit I assume that I should go with displayport. Unfortunately, as mentioned earlier- it is not recognized. Anyone has an idea if there is anything I can do without changing the graphics card?

Well, or not :) Artifacts appearing occasionally at 50Hz as well. :(

Based on my own previous research it's the card. I have a Hackintosh with the non-BOOST version, a GTX 650 Ti, and it's working with Mojave and the macOS drivers (there aren't any Mojave Nvidia web drivers for it). Everything I researched prior to updating to Mojave said the BOOST version wouldn't work properly. I didn't know there even was a BOOST version until I started looking into updating.

Additionally, I don't think dosdude1's patch applies to that card.

The TonyMacX86 site has a forum post with a list of Catalina-compatible Nvidia graphics cards that's probably applicable:

Just checked GPU ram usage. Seems like artifacts start to appear when memory hits about 60%. According to graph below,memory is not freed up properly- usage is constantly increasing while I was just browsing internet for last hour...
Changing settings of display (eg.: refresh rate) frees up memory and artifacts again are not appearing (until memory hits ~60% again...)
