GTX970 vs 7970 (flashed)

I don't game or doing anything graphically strenuous. The hardest it gets used is for Lightroom, Photoshop or Sketch. I mostly code though.

I have both the Reference GTX970 and Reference 7970 (flashed) but wondering which is better to keep? The only reason I think I should keep the GTX970 is the power usage being lower and the 7970 being the boot screen.

I originally bought the GTX970 to drive a Dell 5K screen which I've since sold (too yellow for my liking, compared to an Apple LED Cinema Display).

I agree, certainly as good as Apple's current offerings in the 6,1.

I will prefer to keep the 7970 for less drama. You don't need the GPU power anyway. And the 7970 won't keep pulling max power when most of time is actually idle.
