macOS GuardMalloc

The Mac Documentation says I should get something like this with GuardMalloc on

Program received signal EXC_BAD_ACCESS, Could not access memory.
Reason: KERN_PROTECTION_FAILURE at address: 0xb000d000

instead, I get this

Program received signal: “EXC_BAD_ACCESS”.
sharedlibrary apply-load-rules all

So far the Web has been uninformative.

Run it outside of gdb to get the Apple crash reporter.
