The App in question is the one that makes the icons shadow as the dock magnifies.

pretty cool icons. i'd like to have that ichat one, but then i'd have to have all of my icons like that. that's the bad part about it.

I'm going to guess ShadowDock because that is the title of the picture you attached. But if you're referring to the app that's selected, then it would be iTunes.

those icons are all from the smooth icons sets. you can get them from the icon factory and some other sites. i use them. they are good.
