I am looking to make an automation that will use the action button on an iOS 17.5.x (on iPhone 15 Pro Max) to shutdown the phone without user intervention - I was able to get it to the prompt to slide to turn off but I want no user intervention to shutdown the phone. Alternately (if the above was not possible) would like to set the phone to BFU by pressing the Action button. ANy advice appreciated!!!!

It's not possible to automate the shutdown without having to do the "slide to power off".

What do mean by "BFU"? If you meant "DFU", that's not possible either.

what I meant by BFU is Before First Unlock - was looking to see if the Action button can be programmed to revert to BFU through automation via shortcuts.
