Hi guys. I'm tempted to boot camp my iMac 21.5 (2012) version to run Guild Wars 2. My current spec is:

21.5-inch: 2.7GHz
2.7GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i5
12GB RAM
1TB hard drive1
AMD Radeon HD 6770M with 512 MB

Anyone have this similar setup? Does it run well?

I have the same thing on my MBP just have a 2.4 Quad i7 and 1GB on my 6770, but you will have no problems running it. Boot camp at least 150-175 gb of your HD just in case you get the itch to play other games and have good amount of room for other drivers and such. But go for it. Im running it on my MBP and love it. The game is beautiful!

It will probably run at medium settings at 1920x1080, you may have to tone some things down though. The real problem is the 512mb 6770.

My specs below could play the beta at 1440x900 medium/high settings, but you will be playing at a higher res so will probably take a bit of a hit along with the gfx card having less memory.

well my windows machine is using a 4850 512mb gddr3 ram and it running max settings with 7-40 fps depending on whats happening and aoe spells since your macbook has eventhou its mobile amd graphics will be my card by a mile should run really well if you use bootcamp
