Hackers successfully hacked an iPhone using a charger. p0sixninja says that this hack could enable innocent people to develop a tool that could be used to jailbreak any device running future versions of iOS. Maybe even any version.

Note: For all I know, the loophole they used may only be available on an iPhone, which is the device the hackers hacked. That is why I am using the iPhone prefix.

This could be fixed in an IOS update.. but this seems like it would be considered more of a hardware loophole if its done via the charger.
