Is there any tweak on Cydia that has the same effect as this - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0uBv2iMiGaA ???

or a way to keep the phone from updating the carrier version? i'm fully being throttled on Verizon right now and i don't like it. When i was back in 6.1.2 and i had that option to upload an edited Carrier IPCC to get rid of the throttling.

Think iOS 7 fixed it and you can't use hacked carrier ipcc without jailbreak. You'll probably need something related to a commcenters package from cydia (May or May not be in default repos)

I thought verizon couldn't throttle you because of the frequency they broadcast their LTE?
