Hi,

So I've been handed a mid-2008 iMac that's had High Sierra installed on it. Apparently this breaks the WiFi card on it.

Has anyone written a workround to this or know how to re-enable the WiFi so it works under High Sierra with this model?

The specs are:
DDR2 800 MHz 2GB
Intel Core 2 Duo 2.8 GHz
ATI Radeon HD2600 Pro
500 GB 7200 RPM
Logic Board: W881300A9ZJTA

I'd read about someone who used older kexts in Sierra and the WiFi worked (albeit very buggy). I'm not sure if they work in High Sierra and I haven't tried them myself.
