iPhone hactivating and jailbreaking an iphone 4 with sn0wbreeze

so when hactivating my iphone 4 with sn0wbreeze ive done it both on advanced and simple mode, the last few attemps ive done with the advanced mode: I go in do what it asks me to do and its all fine, it then asks me to go into iTunes, I do so hold shift while clicking restiore and select the software its just made, its all good and on my phone the sn0wbreeze I con comes up with a bar, its all good and reaches 100% then the apple sign comes up abd freezes, so I do what everybody says and hold power and home and then I restore it, then I hactivate it again, and the same problem happens at the end: the apple icon, im just stuck in one massive loop hole: hactivate>freeze at apple icon> restore>hactivate>freeze>restore, can somebody please help me out!?! thankyou very much

When you make the custom firmware using sn0wbreeze, what iOS version is it?

Are you putting the device into pwned DFU mode before shift + click restore?
