So i just bought a MBA today, I was looking at the "About My Mac" section, there is a option for FireWire, below is the screenshot of this.

So i just bought a MBA today, I was looking at the "About My Mac" section, there is a option for FireWire, below is the screenshot of this.

I hope that's a typo because there's no such word as "detectided".
At any rate the system profiler is standard for Mac OS X, there's no special version for the Mac being used. It could still list Firewire and other features not available on the AIR but of course it won't show specs.

its a MBA, it has a USB, micro DVI and headphone/audio out jack... get used to it, u bought it for the lack of weight so that one feature (which is kinda crticial imo) was taken out...
